An online presence for a property company that looked smaller than it was
The situation before
A growing property company faces a credibility problem before it faces a sales problem. Buyers judge you by what they find online, and the absence of an official site made the company look smaller than it actually was.
Marketing material was also scattered across individual sales staff in several inconsistent versions.
What we built
We built a site that treats projects and units as the main content rather than an afterthought behind a company history.
Marketing material was centralised so every sales person refers to one version, and an enquiry form sits on each unit page so an interested visitor never has to hunt for a way to make contact.
