What we collect

We collect what you type into the contact form: your name, company, work email, phone number, the service and budget range you select, and the brief you write. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.

We also collect ordinary visit measurements such as which pages were opened and roughly where the visit came from. These are aggregated and cannot be traced back to an individual.

How it is used

Contact details are used to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a scope and estimate. They are not sold, rented or passed to anyone outside PT Ramzan Karya Persada.

Visit measurements are used to understand which pages are useful and which are not, so the site can be improved.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored for as long as the conversation remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond.

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Where a third party service is involved in delivery, only the fields needed to reach you are shared.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to halo@ramzankaryapersada.com and we will action it within a reasonable period.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross site tracking. Any measurement script loads only when a measurement identifier is configured, and it can be blocked with any standard browser setting without breaking the site.
