Too many companies end up renting a system they paid for outright. The vendor holds the source code, no documentation exists, and every small change means joining a queue behind somebody else.
Our story
The pattern we keep meeting runs like this. A company pays for a system, the system works, and a year later they realise they cannot change anything themselves. The original developer is hard to reach, there is no documentation, and a new one refuses to continue because the code cannot be read. Two options remain, and both are expensive.
We structured our work to close that pattern off. Source code, database and server access are registered in your name from the start. Technical documentation sits inside the scope rather than behind a change request. If you ever choose to work with somebody else, they can pick it up without needing anything from us.
We have been doing this from Batam since 2021, which is 5 years of shipping into government, education, maritime and manufacturing.
Who runs it
Founder
Kiky started the company in 2021 after enough years of watching good businesses get locked out of software they had paid for in full. The company is named after him, which is a reasonable amount of accountability to carry into every contract.
He still reads every brief that arrives through this site.
How we work
We start by watching how the work actually happens today, not how the org chart says it happens. Most of what makes a system fail is visible in that gap.
You receive a written breakdown, a cost estimate and a schedule within two working days. Everything agreed up front, so no invoice appears halfway through that you did not expect.
Work ships in stages you can see and use. One lead runs the whole delivery from design through deployment, so you never reconcile updates from three different people.
After launch the system is monitored, patched and backed up. Further development follows how the thing is actually used, not how we guessed it would be.

Not values on a wall. Each of these is a clause you can hold us to, which is the only version of a promise that is worth anything.
Source code, database and server access are registered in your company name from day one. Technical documentation is part of the scope, not a paid extra. If you ever move to another vendor, they can continue the work without asking our permission.
Scope, schedule and cost are written openly before the first line of code. When something genuinely falls outside that scope we tell you before doing it, not after.
